Terms of service
Terms of service
These terms apply when you use stacklife.co.uk or buy from STACK. By placing an order you agree to them. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything here.
Who we are. STACK. is based in Bath, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@stacklife.co.uk.
Products and prices. Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged at checkout as set out in our shipping policy. We may change prices and availability at any time, but a change never affects an order already accepted. Product images are renders and photographs, so small differences in colour or finish can occur. If we find a pricing error on an order, we will contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods and send the dispatch email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a payment fails or an order looks fraudulent, and we will refund anything already paid. We may limit quantities per customer.
Payment. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery. Delivery times and costs are in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us, so please check the address carefully.
Returns and refunds. See our refund policy.
Notify-me emails. If you leave your email on a product page, we send one message when that product is back in stock and nothing else. Reply to that email if you want the address removed.
Using the site. Keep the details you give us accurate. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, attempt to interfere with it, or copy its content for commercial use.
Our content. The STACK. name, mark, product designs, renders, photographs and text belong to us or are licensed to us. Please ask before reproducing them.
Liability. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Privacy. How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
