Refund policy

30 days to change your mind. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. It needs to come back unused, in its original packaging, with your order number.

How to return. Email hello@stacklife.co.uk with your order number and we will reply with the return address and instructions. Please wait for that reply before posting anything. Return postage is yours to cover unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items. Check your order when it arrives and tell us within 14 days, with a photo if you can. We will replace it or refund it in full, including postage.

Refunds. Once the return reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund the original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Exchanges. We do not run exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for what you want.

Your legal rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
