Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to the United Kingdom and to most countries worldwide from Bath, UK.

Dispatch. In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Pre-order items are dispatched as soon as the batch arrives; the expected month is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

UK delivery. Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Orders over £50 ship free; otherwise a flat £3.95.

International delivery. Tracked international shipping, usually 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, charged at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.

Problems. If a parcel is late, damaged or missing, email hello@stacklife.co.uk with your order number and we will sort it.
